Body butter is rich in natural oils and butters that deeply hydrate, soften, and protect your skin. It helps lock in moisture, smooth dry patches, and leaves your skin glowing and nourished.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged beyond use, please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Because our products are made with natural ingredients and no stabilizers, melting can happen in warm temperatures. We will do everything we can during the warmer months to help prevent this during the shipping process, however, it could likely still occur. If this happens, simply place the jar in the fridge until it firms back up. The texture will change, but we do not offer refunds for melted product since the quality and benefits remain the same.

Please note: when whipped body butter melts, the air pockets created during whipping will collapse. This can make the jar look half full, but you are still receiving the correct weight of product.

Keep your body butter and scrubs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you live in a warmer climate, refrigeration can help maintain texture and freshness.

Also try to keep these products away from water to prolong use and limit bacteria growth.

Body butter is good for 12 months, whereas sugar scrubs are good for 6 months.

After a 15-20 minute burn, your candle should be around 108 F to 120 F. Always extinguish your flame before pouring and test with your finger before pouring on a large area.
